Vote Rachel Parsons for Stockbridge School Board
Spring Primary Election 2025

Spring Primary Election 2025
Thank you for visiting my campaign website. I’ve been honored to serve on the Stockbridge School Board for the last three years. This is my home, and being part of this community has been a privilege.
I’m running for re-election because I’ve seen how vital it is to support our students and teachers while embracing open dialogue and collaboration.
Every decision I make is grounded in what is best for the students. I believe in listening carefully, researching deeply, and finding solutions that work for everyone. It’s important to me that every voice is heard and valued, and I approach this role with a commitment to collaboration and respect.
In the last three years on the board, I’ve become familiar with the policies, procedures, and unique needs of our small K-12 school. We’re not like larger districts; we face different challenges and opportunities and I am excited to navigate that for our children.
UW- Green Bay Bachelor of the Arts
Globe University Master of Business Administration
Volunteered on the crisis line for domestic violence victims, supporting individuals in difficult times.
Served for seven years, helping children in protective services voice their needs and navigate challenges.
Became licensed in 2023, welcoming children into a loving and supportive environment.
For some background on myself, I was raised in Merrill, WI with two younger siblings, and now the three of us live in all different states, so I always have someplace fun to visit! After graduating from high school, I attended UWGB and completed a Bachelor’s of the Arts with a double major in Humanities and Spanish, with an emphasis in Teaching English as a second language.
During my undergraduate years I completed several internships working with kids in different capacities. These included: Afterschool programs at the Boy & Girls Club, assistant teaching in a bilingual classroom for summer school, teaching youth fitness classes at the YMCA, and teaching a Spanish class for native English speakers at an elementary school.
After graduating from college I was lucky to stumble into the right job as I always knew one thing: that I was passionate about helping others. I ended up working at a college in admissions and was able to attend classes for free which enriched my education greatly. There, I completed my Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Public Administration.
In a case of perfect timing I discovered I was pregnant with my daughter Dylan - a second grader at Stockbridge, and had an opportunity to put my skills together with my family to create a business. It was a challenging but incredibly rewarding journey that taught me the value of persistence, creativity, and teamwork.
